Do you have abilities?
No, I don’t.

I was given a book when I was younger, by Dr. Chandra Suresh, about people with abilities. Its fascinating…it drew me right in. I just want to see everyone, humans and posthumans, living peacefully side by side in our world.

Posthumans?
uh that’s awesome…yeah what company did you say you worked for again?
A company? Oh, I don’t work for any company.

I work through NYU, technically, but I’m doing my research on my own.

Oh really? What then?
I do both but mainly surgeries, it really depends on the patient and the situation whether I operate on them myself
Posthumans. I’m working on tracing the origin of abilities in the human family tree.

Ah, that’s understandable. Neurosurgery isn’t an easy task.

Oh like genetic diseases?
Neurology
No, not quite. I don’t research diseases.

Neurology? Ah, how interesting. Do you do neurosurgery, or do you diagnose patients more than surgery?

That’s so intersting, what field do you study?
Genetics…human genetics, specifically.

What’s your specialty?
